Products

We produce telecommunication structures, including technological containers and lattice towers, which are designed for indoor and outdoor installations of the technological equipment and components used for the operation of radiotelephone networks. Our products meet prescribed standards of mobile operators and also Czech standards (CSN). The structures are designed for outdoor use, including in the highest wind and snow areas. Fire resistance of all products is min. 30 minutes.

SOLID container

Well proven structure suitable for extreme conditions

The "SOLID" container of the standard series has been designed for extra exposed locations. This well-proven massive structure with its increased protection against violent intrusion meets even the most exacting requirements of specific customers. Due to its heavy weight the container is recommended for ground installation on a pre-constructed concrete foundation or concrete or steel footings.

For the container installation on building roofs where the statics of the structure does not allow heavy loads we have developed a suitable and economical version that can be assembled on the very spot. The installation on a prepared frame with a modern design goes well with the surrounding architecture. Placing the container by means of a crane takes about 3 hours.

Up to 4 pieces of piping or lattice masts up to 9 m high can be attached to the container.

SKAUT container

Solid proof of an environment friendly solution

This container from the "Skaut" series has been designed as an ecologically friendly and unobtrusive solution to match the landscape. Due to its shape and the materials used, the container becomes a natural part of the location at which it has been placed.

The container has a galvanized frame and gabled roof. Under the outer sheathing of wooden boards is the security cover made of zinc sheet steel which protects the container against any violent intrusion.

The container is delivered as a complete assembly ready to be mounted onto the pre-arranged foundation (upon customer request we can also deliver a light base plate). The installation is performed by means of a crane. Finally, the roof is fixed to the frame and finished with tiling. The assembly and placing time is reduced to its minimum – approx. 4 hours.

Two-pieces of light piping or lattice antenna masts up to 12 m high can be attached to the container.

LIGHT container

Masterful solution with a light design

This container from the "Light" series has specifically been developed for buildings with an insufficient load capacity of the roof or other insufficient supporting structures.

The container is made of aluminium profiles and shaped aluminium sheets. Due to the light weight of the materials used, the container itself is also of a light structure.

The container is of a modular design, i.e. its separate parts can be assembled at the very site of the installation or the assembly can be performed at the workshop. Fixing the container to a pre-arranged pedestal requires the use of a crane.

The container is not designed to support an antenna mast.

MINI container

Maximum use inside minimum packaging

The "MINI" technological container is the ideal solution for all areas lacking the required space, such as small roofs and shared locations. This well designed structure fits into those small spaces and in spite of its tiny size it perfectly complies with the required maximum serviceability.

The container is built from zinc-coated segments and construction elements that enable the parts to be assembled in the workshop and, if required, to finish the fitting of the subassembly at the place of installation. With the exception of the roof bolts all the bolted connections are covered under the sheathings thus being inaccessible to any forcible handling by intruders.

The container is fixed to a zinc-coated frame.

The container is not designed to support an antenna mast.

COMPACT cabinet

Small design for big requirements

The COMPACT outdoor cabinet is designed for the installation of technological devices and components used for the operation of radiotelephone networks. Due to its small size and light weight is ideal for those spaces where a large container would not be practical or would disturb the visual impact.

The cabinet is a homogenous and complex solution. It is manufactured from a hard aluminium sheet filled with sandwich panels with mineral insulation. The component element of the cabinet is a battery rack for power consumption backup.

A further cabinet furnishing is the air-conditioning unit and a room thermostat serving for the correct cabinet heating, cooling and ventilation. The electronic security system supervising the cabinet door, the temperature inside and any eventual fire is included in the standard cabinet equipment. The electrical distribution board as well as the power supply are placed in the 19" rack which is designed with a sufficient reserve for additional microwave installations and other devices.

SOLID container with attached 18m high mast

Precise structure assembled in just 4 hours

The SOLID technological container with the attached 18m high mast has been designed for open air installations. The entire system equipment can be equipped with various technological devices and components used for the operation of radiotelephone networks. The container has increased protection against violent intrusion.

The component element of the equipment is the 18m high mast designed to support up to 3 GSM and 2 MW antennas. The mast is anchored to the container structure without the need for any additional fixing by means of guy ropes, which means no additional requirements for more land.

This type of container is supplied with a prefabricated concrete foundation block that ensures the correct stability of the entire equipment and makes the installation notably easy.

The container installation and fitting takes just 4 hours.

SOLID container with attached 42m high mast

Compact and fast solution for substantial heights

The SOLID technological container with the attached 42m high mast has been designed for open air installations. The entire system equipment can be equipped with various technological devices and components used for the operation of radiotelephone networks. The container has increased protection against violent intrusion.

The component element of the equipment is the 42m high mast designed to support up to 3 GSM and 2 MW antennas. The mast is anchored to the container structure without the need for any additional fixing by means of guy ropes, which means no additional requirements for more land. The mast enables to fix the antennas at a considerable height thus enabling signal transmission even over broken topography. Due to the subtle design the entire equipment does not transgress the surrounding landscape.

The container with the mast is fixed to a prefabricated concrete foundation block that is anchored to the ground by means of 4 micro-piles. This system of mutual interconnection of all parts of the equipment guarantees the complete stability of the entire system.

The container installation and fitting takes just 12 hours.

This equipment is also available with a 27m, 32m and 37m high mast

Modular lattice girder mast 25m high

Simple and flexible

The 25m high modular lattice girder mast is designed to support various types of antennas. Due to its versatility the mast can be used in many technology sectors.

The mast consists of a tetrahedral lattice structure with a height of 13 to 25m. The mast is divided into separated parts in an identical pattern that are connected by means of flange joints. The variable mast height is achieved by adding or removing the separate parts as well as by using a variable top piece. The top piece is equipped with a variable manipulation platform enabling the operator easy access to the antenna system.

The mast is equipped with an access ladder, cable tray, safety elements and aircraft warning light. The component element of the mast is a concrete foundation footing containing a cast-in anchor piece to which the mast is fixed through a flange joint.

All steel elements are galvanized.

The mast is also available in heights of 13m, 15m, 18m, 20m and 23m.
